New Patient Information

To become a private patient, it's simple. Call the number below.

To become a new patient you will need to complete the standard practice documentation, including a medical & dental public health questionnaire and our terms of business setting out your rights. These are available from reception.

NHS Applications can be made via the NHS Cumbria Waiting list. Click on the NHS logo below. Please note that NHS Cumbria do not guarantee you will be allocated a place at dentalangel but you can choose dentalangel as your preferred option.

Appointment Reminder Service is provided at least one working day prior to your appointment. You are responsible fully for any appointment you make: If you need to change your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Your failure to comply may result in either a charge levy or termination of treatment.

Children are welcome: Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children cannot generally enter the premises except for treatment. Baby changing facilities are available on the ground floor next to the children's area.
